Fun Times...

The kids had a great weekend! We went shopping for Raegan & Logan's Halloween costume. You will find out tomorrow or Wednesday what all three kids will be. They are so excited and can't wait to go trick or treating. We also carved a pumpkin this weekend. Logan and Raegan both had their own pumpkin. They really enjoyed helping though Michelle and I cleaned them out. The kids were both grossed out by that part.

In other news, Raegan made the Honor Roll! We are so very proud of her. Geoff met with her teacher today and she had nothing but good things to say about her. We are so very proud of her and how well she is doing in school.

Avery is talking more and more everyday. He loves us to chase him and hide and then he comes and finds us. He loves playing with Raegan and Logan. I love it when he walks around the house saying "Mom". It makes my day. He is getting to be such a big boy. I can't believe in 1 month he will be 2. Time flies entirely too fast.

We are so proud of both of our kids for all that they have accomplished. They are wonderful and amazing and we are so blessed.

I'm including a picture of Raegan's pumpkin though I will admit that it looked a lot better on Saturday than it does now. I'm also including a picture of Raegan and her friend Ilie riding around. They look so cute!

In Avery News....

Avery is doing wonderful! He is talking so much. He has been going around the house saying mom which I absolutely love! He said Michelle today. We were both shocked but heard him say it. :) He loves playing with R & L. He loves to play with his football and soccer ball. He loves to give kisses and will ask for them now. He also enjoys making animal sounds. He is good at making dog sounds and duck sounds. He loves it when you whisper in his ear. He also loves to dance and act like a headbanger. He also says Harley, dog, no, dad, door, don't, baby, and so much more. He loves to climb on the couches and also knows how to get down. He loves to play with the tv remotes and turn off the tv when his dad is watching football. He loves going into his sister's room and play with her stuffed animals. He loves to sing sometimes into a pretend microphone and play peek-a-boo. He is great about sitting down when he knows it's time to eat. He loves to be outside and I love how he swings his hands when he walks. He loves to make noises with his mouth and for you to mimic him. He loves watching Handy Manny & the Doodlebops with me. He is such a great baby and a sweet little boy! We are so proud of him and love that he is our son! We love you little man!

Raegan got her report card today and we are so very proud of her! She is doing absolutely amazing in school! We are so proud of on how hard she is working. Way to Go Princess!!! Keep up the great work! We love you!!

Well folks, she has done it again. She got her progress report yesterday and she did wonderful! Here is what she got:

She also got a certificate for successfully completing the lessons in the Learning Center. We are so very proud of her on how well she is doing in school.

Raegan's new hairstyle.....

Over the weekend we got Raegan's hair cut. She looks beautiful and so grown up with her new hair cut. I took a picture before and after and then this morning before she left for school with it all curled.

Also, she made another 105 on her spelling test. I will try & remember to post her words so you will see what she is spelling. Have a great day!

Our little prince....

Happy Monday! I took some pictures of Avery on Friday while we were waiting to pick up Raegan. For those of you that don't know we have about an hour wait to pick her up. He gets a little antsy in the last 10-15 minutes so I decided to take some pictures of him while we waited. Enjoy!

Uncle Kevin's visit and other news...

Hello again! I'm sorry I don't have any more pictures to post this time just updates. I will post more pictures soon so stay tuned. :) Uncle Kevin came to visit over the weekend and we had a wonderful time. Him & Raegan did take some crazy pictures and she really enjoyed that. She loves her Uncle Kevin and loved it when he brought in his tuba so she could listen and help out. Avery also loved Kevin's playing especially when he played "Frosty the Snowman" for him. He clapped for him when he was done. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to see him next month. :) We love you and miss you Uncle Kevin!

Raegan made another 105 on her spelling test last Friday. We are so very proud of her for all of her hard work. She has been doing wonderful on her reading. She is reading D level books. She is also doing great in math. We are so proud of her!

Avery has learned how to say hi and wave hi. He also says bye and waves bye. It's the cutest thing! He loves to sing and dance with me. He has the sweetest little voice. He loves to clap and give kisses. He also loves to wear our hats around the house. He is very vocal and loves to crawl up on the couches.

We are so very proud of both of our children for everything they have accomplished!

Our princess...

I took these pictures of Raegan yesterday before school. She made another 105 on her spelling test last Friday. Thank you all for your prayers. She has another one this Friday. Her words are a lot harder this week but we know that she will do wonderful on it. She has been working so hard on them.

Our little Man....

Geoff took the picture of Avery in his headphones and I took the one of him smiling. He is talking so much these days. He says door, feet, no, eyes, and much more. He will wear hats sometimes around the house but not for very long. He is into everything and is such a good boy. We are so very proud of him!

Time flies when you're having fun....

I can't believe that we are already in the middle of September. I feel that time is flying by. Raegan has been in school for about 4 and a half weeks and is doing wonderfully. She made a 105 on her first spelling test last Friday. We are so very proud of her for that. She started getting her spelling and reading homework the Tuesday after Labor Day. She has been doing great in all of her schoolwork. Monday she got her progress report. Here is what she made on it:

Language Arts: 100
Math: 92
Science: 93
Social Studies: 100
Reading: 85 (this grade means that she is on the level of reading that she is supposed to be on. As she becomes better at reading this grade will increase)
PE: 95
Music: 95
Art: 95

We are so very proud of her and how well she is doing! Please keep her in your prayers tomorrow since she has another spelling test. She will have one every Friday.

In Avery's world, he is growing more every day. He is walking around like a pro and will try to run when you chase him or come after him. He is talking so much and says mama, dada, dog, no, don't, let's go, go, and so much more. He also shakes his head no when you ask him something. He loves to help me with laundry, he enjoys taking it out of the basket and throwing it on the floor but I appreciate him trying. He loves to be in the same room as we are and gets into everything. He loves to make funny noises with his mouth. He loves to sing into his bat and talk on his play phone. He finally figured out how to climb on the couch and the chair and ottoman the other day. He was so proud once he got up there. He loves playing with his ball and playing with his sister. He loves to be tickled and is very ticklish under his chin. We can't believe that he will be 2 in 3 about 3 months. He is such a joy and so much fun!

We thank God everyday for them. They are the light of our lives.

I accidentally deleted the kid's blog earlier today, so will have to start from scratch. I would like to thank Aunt Mary for coming up with a new name for the kid's blog. I feel it fits perfectly. Thank you for that Aunt Mary! Thank you all for your patience as I get the kid's site back up and running.
